Classes  are needed for the 2022 License Renewal

There are 2 Mandatory Classes this year : Real Estate Law for Brokers and Salespersons and Understanding and Preventing Racial Bias in Real Estate
Realtors also Need an Ethics Course

The Connecticut Real Estate Academy is one of the largest Real Estate schools in
Connecticut specializing in continuing education classes for Real Estate Brokers, Salesperson and also Real Estate Appraisers.

Connecticut Real Estate Academy has been in operation for 29 years and currently is offering classes for the 2022 renewal of Real Estate and Appraisers licenses. We have over 11 instructors who are experts in their areas of Real Estate.

Classes are available in the following towns:


Fairfield County;

Westport, Fairfield, Shelton.

New Haven County;

 Waterbury, Southbury

Hartford County;

Litchfield County;

Trinity Episcopal Church, Lime Rock
